His Word is spectacular. His creation is spectacular. What He is doing in and through our lives and this ministry is spectacular. This conference is about women of God stepping into their God-given purpose/voice/identity with joy, fire, and fearless obedience - and loving it! We were not created to live in lack, fear, or survival mode. We were created to live a spectacular life rooted in truth, discipline, and a mind renewed by the Spirit of God.
The creative expression of this theme must awaken that revelation in every woman. Your role is not just design. You are setting the atmosphere for women to see what they could not see before and to realize that the spectacular life is not something they wait for, it’s something they walk in. It’s not found in perfection, but in the perfect will of God.
Fiercely Feminine is the foundation of it all. It is the mandate that has breathed life into every theme we have carried over the years. It calls women into the sacred tension God placed within them… the blend of fierceness and femininity, of boldness and beauty, of fire and finesse. What is truly spectacular may not always be popular, but it will be powerful. And it will be worth it.

DIANNA NEPSTAD
Pastors Shaun & Dianna founded Fellowship Church in Antioch, California in 2002. They felt God gave them two words for the church: Hope & Healing. Hope for tomorrow and healing from yesterday, all found in a relationship with Jesus. Our church is known for its life-giving culture and our passion to see people know God, find freedom, and discover purpose so they can make an eternal difference. Over the years, the church grew from 350 to over 5,000 in weekly attendance, and now we have been able to reach thousands globally every week.
CAROLYN HAAS
Carolyn Haas is the co-lead pastor of Substance Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She and her husband, Peter, planted Substance in 2004 after having pastored for a decade in Wisconsin. Carolyn is passionate about church leadership, parenting and marriage. Carolyn serves on the executive team at Substance and also serves on the board for One Hope. She travels the world encouraging and equipping church planters and pastors through the Association of Related Churches. She loves being a mom to her three kids, and in her spare time you can find her with her family (probably sipping coffee at a new breakfast spot in the Twin Cities) or shopping for deals online.
